I don't do ALL of it in graphite.. but most of the time I do. A lot of my stuff is graphite. Charcoal is interesting to work with as well so I use it, but not as often. Sometimes I use both depending on what mood I'm in. Thanks so much for everything!

Use the smudge to your advantage! :D I basically draw in smuges... so a tortillion is like my best friend sometimes. Charcoal drawing is *hard* without a tortillion - I would probably not use charcoal much if I didn't have one, although I have tried. Trust me, try it and you'll fall completely in love. It's so much easier to work with than chalk!
